What NuviFlux provides
NuviFlux detects and explains evidence-backed opportunity openings. It does not predict whether you will succeed or make money. Information is for general research and exploration, not financial, investment, legal, tax, employment, or other professional advice.
Beta service
NuviFlux V0.9 is a Beta. Features, evidence, availability, and limits may change. Results may contain errors, incomplete context, or outdated third-party information. You are responsible for checking sources and deciding whether any action is appropriate for you.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate sign-in information and protect access to your account.
- Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape it at abusive scale, or use it unlawfully.
- Do not treat an opening as a promise, guarantee, or instruction to spend money.
You remain responsible for your decisions, experiments, business activity, and compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
Content and sources
NuviFlux owns its product design, software, and original presentation. External evidence, names, links, trademarks, and source material remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a source through NuviFlux does not grant additional rights to reuse it.
Availability and accounts
We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue Beta features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Subscriptions and billing
NuviFlux Pro is a monthly subscription priced at $14.99 USD per month. Purchase through the signed-in NuviFlux Access page so the subscription is linked to your account. Pro access starts after payment is verified by the server, not simply when checkout redirects back to NuviFlux.
Before you pay, checkout will show the price, billing interval, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and usage limits for your confirmation. A monthly subscription renews each month until cancelled, as disclosed at checkout. No subscription charge will be made without your authorization.
The displayed $14.99 USD monthly product price is not a guarantee of the final charge. Waffo checkout determines applicable tax treatment and shows the subtotal, tax and recurring total before you authorize payment. Review that total and the renewal terms before paying.
Verified Pro includes full starting guides, new Guided Validation Workspace journeys and AI assistance, 20 new opportunity cards per week and up to 12 AI-assisted requests per day. Free accounts receive 5 new cards per week. Weekly cards reset Monday at 00:00 UTC; daily AI requests reset at 00:00 UTC. Unused allowances do not roll over. Features labelled Planned are not included as currently available features.
How to cancel a subscription
Sign in to your NuviFlux account, open My Radar, and choose Cancel renewal in Subscription & Billing. Wait for the confirmed status; if the result is uncertain, use Refresh status instead of submitting another cancellation. If you cannot access that control or it does not confirm your request, contact support using the method below.
You may also cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your NuviFlux account. Use the subject “Cancel subscription” and include your account email and an order or receipt reference, if available. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
A cancellation request received before the next renewal stops that renewal and later renewals. We use the time your request is received, not the time support processes it, and will confirm the effective cancellation date by email. If a renewal is charged after a timely cancellation request, we will correct the charge.
Cancellation does not itself refund an amount already paid. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan. Deleting your account or simply stopping use of NuviFlux does not by itself cancel a subscription; please send a cancellation request.
Refund policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules require otherwise. This applies to both initial subscription payments and renewals. We do not offer discretionary refunds or prorated refunds for a change of mind, inactivity, unused allowances, partially used billing periods, or an experiment that does not achieve your desired result.
A subscription pays for access to digital opportunity guides and validation tools during the billing period. Access is made available from the start of that period, and the fee is not based on how often you use the service or whether an opportunity leads to business success. This is the reason for our no-refund policy.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges, including charges made after a timely cancellation request, will be investigated and corrected. Where a refund is required, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you.
Billing questions and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, or need to request a refund required by law or payment-provider rules, email [email protected]. Include your account email, the charge date and amount, an order or receipt reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or card security codes.
We aim to review support requests within five business days, consistent with our Support page, but this is not a guaranteed response or refund-processing deadline. Contacting us does not limit your rights to raise a dispute with your payment provider or exercise your rights under applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. NuviFlux is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made from service content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
